Hours Core Hours 09:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
Overview Provide a complete installation project by working with Project Engineers & Installation Manager. Schedule, track, co-ordinate and monitor all interfaces to ensure a smooth implementation through to job completion and sign off.
Key Responsibility Areas(This section details what the employee will be doing, from specific tasks through to areas of responsibility. It does not cover how they are to be done.))

  • End to end co-ordination during the lifecycle of an assigned implementation project
  • Close working relationship and liaison with the assigned Project Engineer/Installation Manager
  • To liaise with Engineers throughout the day, obtaining progress reports
  • Use internal systems to track, monitor and record activities and progress throughout the lifecycle of a given project
  • To provide a dedicated point of contact for the customer, the business and 3rd parties during the implementation phase
  • Proactive and reactive activities to ensure minimal disruption during implementation
  • Ownership during the project until formal handover to support
  • To work closely with other My Taxi Ride Dispatch System business functions, building effective relationships at all levels to ensure the overall success of My Taxi Ride Dispatch System installations
  • To close jobs off inputting all relevant information in an accurate and timely manner
  • l) To carry out administrative duties on behalf of the Project Engineer

Relevant Experience, Knowledge & Training required to Perform the role


  • A basic understanding of My Taxi Ride Dispatch System
  • Experience of preparing regular reports from database packages
  • Ability to collate statistical data in management reports and presentations
  • Good level of PC experience, working with Microsoft Office
  • Experience of inputting and extracting data with database packages, preferably a Service Management & Scheduling Database
  • Excellent telephone manner


  • Experience of working within a Call Centre environment
  • Experience of working within an Installation/Project Co-Ordination role
  • Knowledge of MS Project an advantage
  • Knowledge of Data/Telephony Comm’s Products an advantage

Additionally the candidate must have solid analytical and problem solving skills, as well as strong communication, both written and verbal. Candidates who are enthusiastic, industrious who will hit the ground running will be ideally suited.
